  • Are you an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in your career?
  • We're looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Team Leader to join a well-established and growing recruitment business in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to lead, develop and grow a team while remaining hands-on with your own clients and business development.
  • The Role
  • As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating a team of Recruitment Consultants, ensuring they achieve both individual and team targets while maintaining exceptional service levels for clients and candidates.
  • You'll lead from the front by continuing to bill, developing new business opportunities and helping shape the future growth of the Derby office.

    Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants.

    Set individual and team objectives, monitoring performance against KPIs and revenue targets.

    Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.

    Support consultants with client meetings, negotiations and candidate management.

    Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships.

    Manage your own recruitment desk, generating consistent billings.

    Recruit, onboard and train new consultants as the team grows.

    Ensure best practice recruitment processes and compliance are maintained.

    Foster a positive, high-performance and collaborative team culture.

    Report on team performance and contribute to business strategy.
