- Finance & Accounting / CFO recruitment
- Legal recruitment (Private Practice or In-House)

- Other specialist recruitment markets (for consultants billing £200,000+)
- The Role
- You'll ideally have:
- 1–10 years' recruitment experience.
- A proven billing track record.
- Experience generating new business and building client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and ambition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The drive to build a long-term career within a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities
- 1This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you'll have the autonomy to develop your own market while benefiting from an established client base and strong brand presence.
- 2Responsibilities include:
- 3Winning and developing new client relationships.
- 4Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
- 5Growing and managing existing client accounts.
- 6Candidate and client mapping.
- 7Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- 8Consistently achieving billing targets.
- 9Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market.
- 10Mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.
