- The Role
- As a Telemarketer / Lead Generation Executive, you'll be responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Business Development team through proactive outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Your responsibilities will include:
- 2Making outbound calls to prospective SME clients.
- 3Speaking with business owners, IT Managers and key decision-makers.
- 4Identifying business needs and generating qualified sales appointments.
- 5Managing follow-up activity and nurturing prospects.
- 6Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
- 7Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and appointment targets.
- 8Building strong relationships with potential clients through a consultative approach.
- 9About You
- 10We're looking for someone who is positive, resilient and enjoys speaking to people.
- 11Ideally you'll have:
- 12Previous experience within telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or outbound sales.
- 13A confident and professional telephone manner.
- 14Excellent communication and listening skills.
- 15The ability to build rapport quickly.
- 16A motivated, target-driven attitude.
- 17Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- 18Experience within the IT, telecoms or technology sectors would be advantageous but is by no means essential, as full product training will be provided.
