- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or high-performing Senior Consultant to join a growing recruitment business as part of a long-term strategic expansion within White Collar Technical recruitment.

- The Role
- This is a hands-on billing Team Leader position initially, with the opportunity to develop and grow a wider team over time.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Building and developing a White Collar Technical recruitment division
- 2Business development and client relationship management
- 3Growing and managing your own desk
- 4Identifying opportunities for long-term growth within the market
- 5Supporting, mentoring or overseeing trainees/junior consultants where applicable
- 6Working closely with management to help shape the direction of the division
- 7Developing new accounts alongside leveraging existing business relationships where available
- 8What They Are Looking For
- 9Proven recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment
- 10Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant
- 11Strong business development and client management ability
- 12Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- 13Someone motivated by building something long-term rather than simply maintaining an existing desk
- 14Strong leadership potential and the ability to lead by example
- 15Open on sector background for the right individual with the right mentality and leadership qualities
