Key Responsibilities
- 1Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- 2Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- 3Assist with recruitment activities including job adverts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- 4Support onboarding and inductions for new starters
- 5Coordinate training activities and maintain training records
- 6Assist with payroll administration and absence management
- 7Respond to employee queries professionally and confidentially
- 8Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates
- 9Ensure GDPR, confidentiality, and data protection compliance at all times
- 10Minimum 5 GCSEs grade 4/C or above including Maths and English
- 11Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- 12Confident verbal and written communication skills
- 13Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email systems
- 14Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- 15Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
- 16A-Level qualifications desirable
- 17Willingness to complete a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship / CIPD qualification
