- Seeking two driven and personable Solicitors to join a collaborative and close-knit team:
- One with a strong background in Commercial Property
- One with experience in Commercial Development, including exposure to Promotion Agreements, Options and Section 106 Agreements

Key Responsibilities
- 1Key responsibilities
- 2Managing a varied caseload of commercial property and/or development matters
- 3Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinances and development projects
- 4Drafting and negotiating a range of legal documents including:
- 5Leases
- 6Sale and purchase agreements
- 7Overage and development agreements
- 8Promotion and option agreements
- 9Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- 10Supporting on more complex matters alongside senior team members where required
- 11Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
- 12About you
- 13Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
- 14Experience within commercial property or development work
- 15Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- 16Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- 17Organised with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
- 18Positive attitude with a genuine interest in ongoing development
