Key Responsibilities
- 1Key Responsibilities
- 2Rural property agency work – instructions, marketing, negotiations, sales progression
- 3Red Book valuations across a variety of rural property types
- 4Land & estate management – FBTs, contract farming, and general management
- 5RPA & grant schemes – BPS, Countryside Stewardship and similar
- 6Planning & development – supporting applications and advising clients
- 7Providing strategic advice to clients on their property portfolios
- 8Supporting dispersal, collective and fodder sales
- 9About You
- 10MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer desirable)
- 11Proven experience within rural surveying
- 12Strong interest in the agricultural / farming sector
- 13Confident, personable, and strong relationship builder
- 14Organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- 15Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- 16Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
