Key Responsibilities

- 2We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow the commercial offering across the region.
- 3This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, developing the team, and expanding the client base across agency and professional services.
- 4Key responsibilities include:
- 5Leading and developing the commercial team across multiple offices
- 6Driving fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional work
- 7Winning and retaining key client instructions
- 8Setting strategy for the commercial department and identifying new opportunities
- 9Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, lenders, and professional contacts
- 10Overseeing high-value transactions and complex instructions
- 11Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and development of team members
- 12Working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business
- 13About You
- 14MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial property
- 15Proven track record in agency, valuation, or a mix of both
- 16Strong leadership and team management experience
- 17Commercially astute with a focus on business development
- 18Established network within the Midlands property market
- 19Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
- 20Ambitious and driven to grow a department
- 21Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
