- Deliver Red Book valuations for:
- Loan security
- Financial reporting
- Conduct property inspections and site measurements
- Analyse comparables, market data, and economic trends
- Carry out planning and lease reviews
- Prepare detailed valuation reports
- Build and manage client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal processes

- Meet performance and delivery objectives
- Requirements
- Essential
- Property-related degree
- MRICS or FRICS + RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial valuation experience
- Experience with industrial, office, and retail assets
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Strong report writing and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Midlands property market
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Desirable
- Secured lending valuation experience
- Development appraisal knowledge
- Tax valuation experience (IHT / CGT)
- Residential valuation exposure
